PLIES – "BECKY"
Seeing as how Karen and I are both Plies fans, posting this was a no brainer. With the release of his upcoming album, Goon Affiliated, also comes the realization that he’s released four albums in two years…more than some artists can vouch for an entire career. He may not be the most “lyrical” rapper in the bunch, but his grind definitely supersedes roughly about 90% of the industry.
With that said, the first single, “Becky”, is about an interesting topic to say the least. It should be interesting to see how this is altered for radio play, if it’s even possible to do so.
