Jabari's "Artist Advice" With J. Cole

Not that I know a wide array of artists to begin with, but after meeting J. Cole at Sneaker Pimps in Washington, D.C., this past weekend, I’d vouch for him being one of (if not the most) down to earth names in music. In this clip, Jabari catches up with Roc Nation’s biggiest priority to discuss his online presence and his advice to other artists.

I love doing these posts and I hope we are helping all artists out there become better. I want to share advice not just from me but artists who are in the game and at various stages in their careers. First up is J. Cole. The young MC has a very promising future and he gives his insight on what all artists should remember. If you enjoyed this clip send J. Cole a thanks http://www.twitter.com/JColeNC. Share your own artist#ArtistAdvice hashtag.

As a bonus, take this NO DJ cut from his pre-”Warm Up” mixtape, “American Dreamin’”.
