Jay-Z feat. Rihanna & Kanye West – "Run This Town" (Video)

Honestly, I haven’t even looked at this yet. For some reason or another, I’m waiting for the ‘world premiere’ tomorrow night on MTV at 8 (in case you were wondering). Call me old fashioned, but I didn’t want my first time seeing the video to be on a laptop screen. Who knows whether this experiment will prove successful, but when you’re trying to kill a week before classes start, damn near anything is worth trying.

What I’m expecting? Hopefully the video brings a tad more life to the song. It’s not that I don’t like it, but aside from Kanye outshining Jay on his own sh*t, I’ve haven’t exactly been yearning to run this back for multiple spins. It’s a good record, just not great. What do I know though, I’m only a blogger.

In case you think my logic is complete bullsh*t, watch the video here. Feel free to let me know what you think of it.From what I’ve heard thus far, it’s been 50/50. And let me take the honor of saying something you’ve heard probably a million times already…Blueprint 3, September 11.
