    Karen,
Who is talking about this highly anticipated upcoming album? No one is checking for Q-Tip from the New School. Only real hip hoppers will be checking for him that’s if he does not come back on some vivrant thing ish.I am not certain he has the hunger to fulfill his prophecy that he could have been one of the nicest. Tip to me is at the stage in his career he is either going to make good music for himself or he is going to make music to show these current artists what a true MC is all about however seeing that he is still on Jive he is not coming correct I can almost gurantee it. Jive has been known for only a couple hip hop acts and they did nothing with them. I wouldnt be surprised if the QTip is good but who knew he had an album coming out no one is talking about Tip and that’s his fault as well. Hip Hop is definitely not dead at all, its just that the masses do not want to hear good music and the radios will not play it unless the masses want it. Mos Def said it best if you want to know where hip hop is going look at the people. The current masses are not about anything so therefore the music is not about anything except party and bullshit causes the masses just want to party and bs. I am off my soapbox. Peace!
