Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, but everything Cole has put out this year has been insane. This is the dirty version to the self-produced ”We On” that was left of DJ Khaled’s latest album, Victory. Not exactly sure how it got out in the first place, but that’s water under the bridge. The more important question, however, is how could Khaled actually this off his project?
One thing I will say about Cole is that he has stayed hungry. The only difference is now he’s sharper. I’d be willing to put him up against most anyone in the game and he’d hold his own – if not steal the show. One thing is for sure though. It will be mighty interesting to see how his career plays out the remainder of 2010. Cole World (not sure if that’s the name, but he kept saying it, so that’s what I’m running with for now) will shock the world. No I.D., Jay, Pharrell and others all involved with the project in some form only spells success.
And to top things off, Nas officially gave him the stamp of approval.
