On the surface, Maino is all urban legends. One of those rappers who has never had a problem squaring up with someone and definitely one who didn’t limit popping sh*t to only behind a microphone. In a day and age where rappers are called out for their questionable pasts, the man hailing from the same borough as Jay-Z and The Notorious B.I.G. has never encountered those problems.

Tonight, the highly anticipated premiere of Andrew Jenks MTV documentary series, The World Of Jenks, makes its debut. Maino is the first subject Jenks will chose to shadow, thus fully emersing himself in the rapper’s lifestyle. However, contrary to what his controversial past, the Hustle Hard frontman says the show will expose a different, more sensitive side. Sure, the late club nights and all other traits associated with the Hip-Hop lifestyle will be there. But the interaction with his son and the love he has for him- and other parts of his life many do not know – is what Maino is excited to show the world.

Again, catch the documentary tonight  on MTV at 10 p.m. (EST).
