Wale Interview

Yesterday, Baltimore hip-hop radio station 92Q interviewed local rapper Bossman. Where Bossman explained again the reason for the Diss record called “nail in the coffin.” Radio host Porkchop and Squirrel Wide took things a little to far and said “Wale is going to get beat at the show tomorrow”… Wale was in town because of  scheduled show at  Rams Head Live and heard the whole conversation. Wale called up the radio station and this is what the listeners didn’t hear on air. Check below for an interview with Bossman explaining the beef and a diss video. File this under local hip hop shenanigans.

  1. Hmm@ “local Hip-Hop shenanigans”…are we allowed to file New York rap beefs the same way, or does NYC drama automatically count as national?

  2. One of the on-air personalities clearly says “when we get off the phone and we get back on the air….”, so I think this is an off-air conversation, not an on-air conversation. Then, everything Wale is saying is filled with profanity, so there’s no way all that was on-air. There was dead air for about five seconds near the 1:45 mark, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t allow that much dead air on-air, let alone all that cursing.

ps: Why did it take the DJs so long to get Bossman on the phone, anyway? They put Wale on hold to put the dude on the phone, didn’t put him on the phone, and never put him on the phone for the whole six plus minutes they spoke to Wale.

No one knows who the fuck Bossman is, and Wale is wack. So yes, its local beef. Noone gives a fuck nationally about the DC rap scene..

nahh, im in NC and Wale’s that shit, he’s gotta pretty big fanbase throughout the nation. Sounds like youre just sleepin…Never seen him blow up like this tho, kinda changes his image as the chill dude. But fuck Bossman…never heard shit from him but fuck him if he’s gotta problem with Wale. Dude’s never beefed with anybody without reason.

Im from DC and knowing how easily people in my area are shot and killed over stupidity helps me completely understand where wale is coming from. All it takes is for both of them to be out somewhere for something to happen. Its all jokes when something doesn’t apply to you. Wale may be a crybaby sometimes but he put in work to get where he is. People can only take so much bs
