3. Rihanna – Talk That Talk – 198,000 - I had a conversation with someone the other about Rihanna’s sales and how they were disappointing. Well, to be honest, they’re not. She’s one of those artists who can sell consistently. And truthfully, she’s probably got seven or eight singles on that album which will push her to platinum.

4. Drake – Take Care – 173,000 - Platinum by Christmas, like I said. And I’m almost positive the title track with Rihanna will be a single. I heard it on the radio in DC last weekend. Sidenote: “Only fat n*gga in the sauna with Jews” is such a great line and I’m not even sure why.

5. Mary J. Blige – My Life II: The Journey Continues – 156,000 – Not a bad first week for The Queen. I’m pretty sure she’ll still be making music when my kids go to high school. And I haven’t had my first one yet.

With Live In The Kitchen still set to be released next year, Yo Gotti is continuing to feed the streets with new music. Next month, he will be releasing a mixtape with brand new music. Here is one of the tracks that will live on the tape and it features Gucci Mane and Juelz Santana, whom we haven’t heard from in years. After releasing Slime Flu 2 a few days ago, Vado crossed the bridge to go visit Cosmic Kev and while he was there, you know he had to kick a few bars for the world. He goes in over Meek Mill’s “House Party” as well as a State Property track.

The Throne weren’t the only artist in the building tonight during the Victoria Secret Fashion Show. One of the most fashionable artist in the game was also in attendance and hit the stage. Nicki Minaj who always has an eye catching outfit on grazed the stage to perform her hit single “Super Bass” as well.

Tonight, every woman in the world was tuned into the Victoria Secret Fashion Show for obvious reasons. Well during the show, The Throne grazed the stage to perform their smash hit “Niggas In Paris“, and even walked the stage after they were done. Of course, Mrs. Carter was in the audience cheering her husband and his right hand on. You can catch a few glimpses of her as the two perform.

Everyone has been waiting on this trial for nearly four years and today was the day Torrance Hatch, better known as Lil Boosie went to court for his sentencing. Investigators had accused him of trying to smuggle drugs once into Dixon Correctional Facility, and twice into Angola State Penitentiary.

Well earlier today Boosie pleaded guilty to charges of him smuggling contraband into two different prisons he was held in while awaiting trial on murder charges. He was sentenced to eight years hard labor for the charges, with credit for time served.

It has yet to be confirmed, but rumor has it that Pill’s been dropped from Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group. While label mates, Wale and Meek Mill have achieved solo success, the Georgia native has struggled to find his footing.

In October, Pill sat down with The BoomBox and had this to say about his place on the MMG roster:
“I’m just getting back into the swing of things and trying to get things back popping the way they’re supposed to be,” he tells The BoomBox. “I don’t have no shots for anybody who’s ever worked with me. I’m just doing me. I’m doing my thing right now. I got a second cover of XXL, I’m on the BET cypher, you’ve seen me overseas in London with Mark Ronson, you’ve seen me on ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ twice, you’ve seen me on ’106 &Park’ twice. You’ve never seen that before I had a management issue.”

That seems to be less of his problems. His recent show at S.O.B.’s in NYC was a bomb according to the Village Voice. And for what it’s worth, he’s been spotted lately without his coveted MMG chain.

After releasing his “Shot Caller Remix“, French is back with his single from his upcoming Cocaine Mafia project. The project is set to be dropped on December 20th so be sure to check back for that. We also are still waiting to see where French is going to sign on the dotted line at.
