Kanye West strikes again, this time through the “I Don’t Like” Remix. You will rarely catch Mr. West doing interviews, but he does have a tendency to let us know how he feels about certain issues on the mic… in the booth that is.
Kanye was recently accused of physically abusing his ex-fiance Alexis Phifer (pictured together above) during their relationship. Instead of calling up the Today Show to straighten out those accusations, he simply let us know his position on the rumors through a few verses.
“The media crucify me like they did Christ. They wanna find me not breathing like they found Mike, A girl will run her mouth only out of spite. But I never hit a woman, never in my life.”
You can listen to the entire track above to see what Pusha T, Big Sean, Jadakiss and Chief Keef don’t like as well.
Similar to many cable networks, YouTube hosted its “Upfront” presentation on Wednesday in NYC at the Beacon Theater. Well, as a gift to the masses gathered, YouTube blessed them with a little surprise. Jay-Z came out sporting new Brooklyn Nets gear and performed the anthem of NYC, “Empire State of Mind.” Pharrell and Russell Simmons also made appearances at Upfront, and Flo Rida and Miri Ben-Ari (hip-hop violinist) also performed.
