With the spirit of the holidays in the air, celebrities are reaching back to their communities and spreading holiday cheer. Earlier this week, Barbie Girl and Queens, NY native Nicki Minaj took a break from her busy schedule to visit her childhood elementary school PS 45 in Queens to visit the children before she made several stops in the NY area to pass out turkeys. On the other side, West Coast rapper The Game went back to his childhood, by visiting Mount Pilgrim Church in his hometown of Compton, CA to hand out turkeys to the community.
