During the interview Kendrick spoke about the background stories within the skits of his album as well as artists that he would like to go “toe-to-toe” with, citing Jay-Z, Eminem and Nas among others. He also stated “They just have a little more experience than me. I wouldn’t get in the studio with them and be nervous, I’ll put it to you that way”.
In the interview he also spoke on his relationship with Dr. Dre, his new next steps, how to get better at rapping and more.
