Things seem to be drastically heating up in the world of Hollywood Romance, specifically dealing with one of the hottest topics right now since Blue Ivy Carter; the pregnancy of Kim Kardashian by rapper Kanye West. All seems well right? A loving couple who just planted a seed and is rumored to be looking for a new house? Wrong! The past of Kim Kardashian is slowly catching up with her and that pasts name is Kris Humphries of the Brooklyn Nets. Legally, Kim Kardashian and Humphries are still married, which leads to the controversial fact that when Kimye’s baby is born it will technically be Humphries, who can initiate any custody battles or parent legalities as he pleases. In fair opinion, this scenario might be taken a little too far, but not according to Bonnie Fuller over at Hollywood Life, who sits down with a renowned divorce attorney to pin point the accuracy of the marriage. Kris Humphries can in fact, have legal custody over the Kardashian baby, if an annulment of divorce is never agreed upon. Is this what Humphries wants? Rumor has it, the basketball player turned socialite, is waiting until Kim has the baby to finalize the divorce..
