With the news of the altercation between R&B Singers Chris Brown and Frank Ocean emerging earlier this week, there were many questions on what would be the outcome of the event. With Chris Brown already on thin ice with the law, there were rumors that Frank Ocean would go forth and press charges against Brown. Today Ocean took to his Tumblr page and expressed that he would in fact not be pressing charges against Chris Brown. To read his statement hit the jump…
