The beautiful blonde-haired singer Emeli Sande had a chance to sit down with Rap Up Tv post Grammy Awards and we get a chance to hear what she has been up to since breaking charts in America. Emeli mentions that it’s just a privilege to be considered being here in the states now v.s. being in the UK, and was in awe sitting at the 55th Grammy Awards. Emeli goes on to mention that her and Rihanna share the same publishing company, so when a cut of her written track “Half of Me” was heard, publishing shot it to Rihanna instantly and she fell in love with it. Emeli also mentions that after she was given the opportunity to open for Alicia Keys, she was invited to the studio for a writing session by the “girl on fire” and her relationships are building all the time.
