The Syndicate & Dj Spinatik released a brand new exclusive from Meek Mill off their Stash House 12 mixtape featuring Rick Ross. Be on the look out for MMG new projects, “Dreamchasers 2″ and “God Forgives, I Don’t” coming this year.

On the heels of her first single Fame, which features hey boyfriend Wiz Khalifa, it seems as though Amber Rose is demanding the attention of she continues to pursue her career. A new and just released track titled Loaded, is produced by The Crew and features a club heavy influenced beat, like those of LMFAO. Amber tells us all that she likes to party and if you need a quick payday loan within the club, well she has you covered. Check out the new track above and leave your thoughts in the comments.

After releasing the original track with 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne, David Banner enlists Chris Brown and A$AP Rocky for the second remix to his “Yao Ming” single. David Banner says he is releasing this in honor of Superbowl 46 this weekend and I’m not mad that he did this at all. I could make the case that this is better than the remix. Am I alone? Also be on the lookout for his upcoming The Make Believe Album project which is coming soon.

DJ Five Venoms and DJ Young Legend just let go of their collab mixtape and among the tracks on the tape, there is a pretty good Meek Mill song that stood out among the rest. In an interview with Sway on MTV news, Rick Ross is asked a few questions about the possible future for MMG. Sway mentions the rumors of Maybach possibly linking up with California rapper Dom Kennedy. Like a true “bawse” Rozay wouldn’t give any solid evidence about the rumor, but shouted out Dom and praised him for his efforts over on the west coast.

“I feel like that’s one of the west coast’s finest. Shout-out to Dom, that’s my homey for real,” he said.

Nipsey still isn’t tired from running that Marathon and is back with some new music. This time around he does a re-make of DJ Khaled‘s platinum single “I’m On One” with Drake, Rick Ross & Lil Wayne. Looking forward to hearing more from Nipsey in 2012, especially that long awaited album.

Jon Connor by far has one of the most creative projects to this date in my opinion. On Valentines Day, he will be releasing a mixtape where he will be re-making some pretty legendary music and his first installment is the legendary Jay-Z‘s “Blueprint” series with DJ Green Lantern.

Although Big K.R.I.T needed a few extra days to polish up on his first single off of his debut album dropping later this year, he decides to let go of a special track off of his upcoming mixtape “4EvaNaDay” that’s set to be released February 20th.

Mac Miller has been discussing his joint collab with Camron for quite a few weeks now, and earlier today via Twitter, Mac decides to finally give us the finished product he and Cam had been working on. With Big Jerm on the production, I sure can dig this new track  and I’m sure many of you would agree as well.

Scaff Beezy continues to try and establish himself in the rap industry as he releases a brand new record.
