Just aired yesterday on the BET channel, was the making and behind the scenes documentary of rapper Lil Wayne’s DEWeezy Campaign; a campaign in which Wayne links up with the Mountain Dew brand for tours, endorsements and an array of different products. For the commercial that we now see live on air, a contest was given in which a handful of high school students were chosen to creatively direct & design the theme, venue and concept of Wayne’s most recent Mountain Dew commercial. The first episode has officially aired on MTV, and it was as “dope” as we imagined it would be. Most Dope rapper Mac Miller made his world premiere on the MTV series “Mac Miller & The Most Dope Family” last night for a very exciting episode. The 1st ep features Mac and the crew and highlights Mac Miller customizing and receiving an electric “Fisker Karma” car for being noted as Complex Magazine’s “Man of the Year”. The 90′s girl group TLC, one who was extremely popular for hits like “Creep” and “Waterfalls” lives are being filmed for a biopic (a documentary style movie that reenacts key moments in one’s life). After the death of member Lisa “LeftEye” Lopez, the group TLC was never the same and had to separate, but will the biopic set to air on VH1 bring the two remaining members Chili & T-boz’s careers back to life? The Pittsburgh MC who has officially “made it” with over 3 million twitter fans, is in the midst of collaborating with MTV for a new reality series titled “Mac Miller & The Most Dope Family”. This trailer goes behind the scenes into the making of Mac’s reality show, his awesome group of friends, fun hip hop studio time and his sold out shows across the country.
