A west coast, east coast collaboration; newly signed RCA recording rap artist Kid Ink drops off a fresh new single titled “Bossin Up” off his approaching ”Almost Home” EP set to drop on the 28th of this month. Out of the blue (like he does most of his music) The Weeknd drops off his first single to his upcoming project “Kiss Land“. The single features what seems to be two songs in one, similar to what Frank Ocean did with “Pyramids“. Was it worth the wait? I think so. “Kiss Land” set to drop later this year.
Coming off the release of his “Acid Rap” mixtape, Chance The Rapper sat down with MTV to breakdown some of the project. One of my favorite under the radar artist 360 continues his consistent streak as he lets go of a brand new visual to assist the remix to “Own Thing” featuring Jadakiss and Freddie Gibbs. 360 is set to release his upcoming project “Beginning Of Forever” in the next few months, so be sure to look out for this project. Up and coming rapper Shy Glizzy hails from the DMV area (PG County to be specific) and is one of the many artist on a lot of peoples radars. His latest project “Fxck Rap” is out right now and among those twelve tracks, “Pilot” was a fan favorite and it was only right to shoot a video for it. The track features Trinidad James and video was directed by 1st Impressions Studio.
The Dream keeps the momentum going for his long awaited “IV Play” album today as he releases the Director X directed visual for one of his recent records “IV Play“. The record was initially supposed to feature Twista but for whatever reason, he was taken off. Nonetheless, you can view the video above and be sure to pick up “IV Play” in stores on May 28th.
