The day after Christmas Vivica Fox and Omar “Slim” White got engaged in Miami. Four days later, the couple was seen at LeBron James’ birthday party where Fox sported her brand new 8-karat ring.

Charles Hamilton is still in jail Cleveland County Jail for a felony assault charge from last month, but today the troubled rapper was court, where he was referred to a psychiatric clinic.

A clerk for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas confirmed with XXLMag.com that Hamilton will be evaluated by the court’s psychiatric facility to see if he is competent to stand trial in the case.

He will not receive another court date until the report comes back. The clerk says that usually doesn’t come for a couple of weeks.

As we previously  reported On December 10, 2010, Charles was arrested by Cleveland Police, for assaulting a Police Officer. Witnesses on scene state that Charles Hamilton was running in and out of bars and restaurants in the area, yelling at employees and customers. A Cleveland Police Officer confronted Charles Hamilton. Charles’ responded by yelling obscenities at the Officer, and then by proceeding to punch the officer in the face.
