My favorite Publicist  Cathryn Marie took this picture a few minutes ago. Diggy Simmons and Rick Ross both visited the MTV offices in New York today for promo runs. Diggy released a new freestyle “Little Monster” off his new mixtape AirBorne, which drops on July 29th 2010.
Q Da Kid is gearing up for the release of his new EP I Am Him: The Classic Edition pt. 2, and has decided to release a video for each track. Directed by Theshay West, the visual for “It Was All A Dream” features Dondria, and a cameo from Jermaine Dupri.
It seems like Nicki Minaj beef left just as quickly as it came. Thankfully.
Kim was in Arizona recently for a performance. Obvioulsy, at Kim show, she’s going to run through a string of old hits. “How Many Licks?” Yep. “Crush On You.” Yep. “Get Money.” Of course. “Player’s Anthem.” That one too. Hell, if you’re lucky she may even do her verses from “Ladies Night” and “Lady Marmalade.” However, one of the better songs in her catalog is “Money, Power, Respect.” Popping around the time I entered middle school, it was classic Kim (even if she did just do the hook), classic LOX and classic DMX.

Trey Songz has real been busy these days prepping the release of his upcoming album Passion, Pain & Pleasure scheduled for September 14th. He just shot the cover for the album last week & will be in Miami on Thursday shooting the video for his first single Bottom’s Up featuring Young Money’s Nicki Minaj. Check in for both!

H-Town (that’s Houston) and South Florida (specifically Miami) collide on this track. Killa Kyleon has been putting in work for years and not much seems to be changing in 2010. Following a successful “Gangsta Grillz” which saw him rapping alongside the likes of Gudda Gudda and Z-Ro, Double K is keeping his name out there with the constant flow of new music.
There probably hasn’t been a more appropriately titled track in awhile than this one. Fayetteville’s own debut album isn’t due out for another three months, but most people will take a J. Cole song however they can. There hasn’t been any confirmation that this record will find its way on the final cut. However, once you hear this cut, it’d be hard to imagine how this wouldn’t.
