People Magazine Reports:

A wedding and a baby are on the way for Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz. The musicians “are expecting a baby and are engaged to be married in a private ceremony later this year,” reps for the couple confirm to PEOPLE. The announcement comes after the two, together since fall 2008, attended Thursday night’s Black Ball in London, which benefits Keys’s Keep a Child Alive charity.

These two have been sleeping with each other for years, and unfortunately Swizz at the time was married to singer/ex wife Mashonda. The same way you caught him Alicia is the same way you will loose him. Destroying a family to create your own. Good Luck with that Ms. Keys.

Janet Jackson stopped by “American Idol” for their season finale to show the rookies how veterans command an audience. Running through her new hit, “Nothing,” she also ended the performance with dazzling performance of his timeless classic, “Nasty.”

It’s good to see Janet still remaining relevant in an industry that seems to kick artists to the curve after a certain amount of time. I just hope people truly appreciate what she’s meant for music, better yet pop culture as a whole. Multi-platinum albums, successful movies and she’s managed to do it all while maintaining a positive image (that whole Superbowl thing not pending).

One thing is for certain – someone has Drake’s album. If my memory is correct, this is the exact same manner Tha Carter III leaked, song by song by song. With this in mind, we’ll probably see an album leak in a few days. Damn shame for Drizzy, but it’s the way of the industry and no one is immune. Not even the man who has been dubbed as Hip-Hop’s heir apparent.

For those who don’t like to torture themselves like me – i.e. refusing to listen to any leaks – we find ourselves in the same position as we did a few days ago. Another day means more leaks and this time it’s “Fireworks” with Alicia Keys and “Light Up” with Jay-Z. Both tracks I heard are solid, but it’s the verse from Jay-Z that I’m hearing is amazing.

Looking at the title, it may seem ironic given Nas‘ recent divorce from Kelis. Instead, this deals with music. The verdict is still out on his album with Damian Marley, but this aforementioned song deals with Nas collaborating with the songstress from across the pond, Estelle.

It won’t result in the mainstream acclaim “American Boy” had, but the same uptempo vibe shows itself on “Fall In Love.” Nas, however, is the highlight of the song with an impressive guest feature.
