For the real fans only, everyones favorite wild boy MGK lets us drop an exclusive visual for his song Chasing Pavements off his mixtape Rage Pack. Sampling Adele‘s very own Chasing Pavements, he gives motivation to all fans and listeners about chasing their dreams no matter how hard the road gets, chase the pavements until you can’t run anymore. Check out the video above!

1. Jack White – Blunderbuss – 137,554 - I knew this was going to land somewhere near the top of the charts when I saw a tweet saying Jay-Z was at a recent show. Turns out, it’s at the very top.

2. Adele – 21 – 83,917 - Adele’s slacking. She’s only pushing a hair above 80K now? What a loser. In all seriousness though, guess who’s on “diamond watch”? She’s only 1.1M away.

8. Nicki Minaj – Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – 32,432 - I have no problem admitting 2 Chainz’s verse on “Beez In The Trap” is my guilty pleasure. “NICKI, NICKI, NICKI…”

17. Future – Pluto – 17,293 - Here’s a little known fact about Future. He can actually rap when he feels like showing it. That said, 98% of people won’t believe you when you tell them that. He does have ties with the legendary Dungeon Family, for the record.

1. Adele – 21 – 246,529 - I’ve run out of compliments to give Adele. This is just ridiculous now. FYI, she’ll be 8x platinum next week.

2. Whitney Houston – Greatest Hits – 112,065 - No real surprise here either. Whitney’s daughter is getting everything though. And everything as in ev-er-y-thing.

6. Tyga – Careless World – 37,413 - I hear “Faded” is probably looking like the next single. Good move.

8. Drake – Take Care – 29,832 - Is it me or has it been a minute since Drizzy dropped some new music? Now imagine what the net will do if he does one of those “drop-a-track-at-4-a.m.” again.

9. Rihanna – Talk That Talk – 25,302 - If Rih-Rih shoots a new video for this and there’s a clip of her eating rice cakes, Twitter may break.

27. Jay-Z & Kanye West – Watch The Throne - 15,109 – With all this talk of a sequel, what I really want to hear is a video for “Who Gon’ Stop Me” is being filmed.

1. Adele – 21 – 296,549 - Y’all thought I was joking when I said she has a legitimate shot at surpassing 10M albums sold? Well, I was. Forget “legitimate,” she will break that barrier some point very soon. She damn near sold 300K last week? Unreal.

2. Whitney Houston – Greatest Hits – 173,778 – For situations like this, I always refer to Jadakiss’ classic line. “Controvery sells, but not like death.”

4. Tyga – Careless World – 61,231 - Considering the success of “Rack City,” one would probably expect this number to be higher. Then you remember this number is based largely off digital sales because all of albums were taken off shelves, including Best Buy.

13. Drake – Take Care – 26,025 - I’m going to keep saying it until it happens (or doesn’t). A video for “Underground Kingz” would be dope.

14. Rihanna – Talk That Talk – 23,202 – Imagine the controversy that’d come if she and Chris Brown actually shot a video for their “Cake (Remix).”

First and foremost, my apologies for not following through with this series the past few weeks. Secondly, kudos to @Tr0h for taking the initiative and getting me back on track. And thirdly, let’s get down to business.

1. Adele – 21 – 237,479 - I take a month off and look who’s still at number one. Granted, those numbers a tad bit inflated thanks to her making the Grammys her personal bitch last Sunday. That being said, George W. Bush may be allowed to be the guest speaker at the next NAACP national conference before Adele drops out the top 10 of the Billboard charts. At over 6.5x platinum, the “diamond watch” is officially on. Her previous album, 19, also appeared at #7 on the charts for those interested.

6. Whitney Houston – Greatest Hits – 63,853 - I honestly expected something from Whitney to be at #1 this week based off what death does for record sales. You know, it’s a damn shame Bobby isn’t apparently allowed at the funeral. But that’s another story.

10. Drake – Take Care – 32,373 - Here’s a fun fact. The young lady in the “Practice” video, Kyra Chaos, actually attended two of my best friend’s birthday party last July in Richmond. She’s actually cool as hell and I’ll just shut up now for fear of sounding like a male groupie.

18. Rihanna – Talk That Talk – 23,830 - “We Found Love” is a classic pop record and this really isn’t up for debate. Oh, and she’s creeping up on 700K. She’s as consistent of a seller as anyone on the charts not named Adele.

23. Young Jeezy – TM103 – 21,682 - I can’t shake the feeling if Boosie was free there would already be a remix to “Never Be The Same” with an accompanying video.

1. Adele – 21 – 144,185 - I’d say wow, but I’m not surprised. If any album has a chance to go diamond, it’s this one.

2. Drake – Take Care – 71,633 - Drake’s a wild boy for getting Aaliyah’s face tatted on his back. Even still, his sophomore cut continues to dominate the charts and I’m not even sure what the next single is. Kudos to him.

3. Young Jeezy – TM103 – 67,169 - Young’s doing just fine on the charts. I know, at some point, the song with Ne-Yo will be used as a single, but I’m secretly hoping a video for “Supafreak” is released. Of the NSFW variety, of course.

9. Rihanna – Talk That Talk – 42,093 - What do ya know? She’s gold now. And yes, “We Found Love” was one of the better singles of 2011. **draws line in sand** That’s right, I said it.

15. Jay-Z & Kanye West – Watch The Throne – 26,673 - Last year, Jay said we could expect a solo album from him and Kanye and possibly another WTT project. They’ve got just over 360 days to make that happen.

3. Adele – 21 – 187,379 - You know what time it is. Nothing to see here other than the fact she officially surpassed the 5x platinum mark this week. And in roughly another five or six, she’ll be saying hello to 6x. Just in time for the Grammys.

4. Justin Bieber – Under The Mistletoe – 158,182 - The crazy thing is that this appears to be just a set up type album for his next studio project set to drop next year. And it’ll be platinum before the ball drops in NYC in about two and a half weeks.

5. Amy Winehouse – The Lioness: Hidden Treasures – 113,856 - That number isn’t anything to be ashamed about in the least bit, but I can’t help but shake the feeling it’d be higher.

7. Drake – Take Care – 73,154 - This’ll be platinum just in time for Christmas.

17. The Roots – Undun – 48,189 - To be quite honest, I don’t ever see a point, in the near future at least, that involves rap music without this iconic group. They’ve got their own following and pending this gets to 100K (which it will), that’s a win. Their one of those groups that don’t need to sell a crazy amount of records to remain relevant. At least that’s how I view their career from this armchair A&R’s eyes.

2. Adele – 21 – 143,597 - Just get used to seeing her name on this post. I say this every week, but what she is doing is nothing short of amazing. And she’ll be five times platinum next week. I hope she’s bringing a suitcase to the Grammys because that’s the only way she’s carrying all of her awards out at once.

3. Justin Bieber – Under The Mistletoe – 133,467 - Bieber’s slow but steady inclusion into “urban music” continues and there doesn’t seem to be anything stopping him. The youngster’s Christmas album appears to be selling like mad and should be platinum sometime in the near future. Maybe even before 2012.

4. Drake – Take Care – 90,175 - Add Aubrey to that list of artist who’ll be platinum before the year is up. And I’m hearing more and more steam for the album’s titled track to be pushed as a single. That’s fine and it’ll probably serve as a #1 smash too. Here’s to hoping a video for “Underground Kingz” surfaces as well.

6. Mary J. Blige – My Life II: The Journey Continues – 71,935 - The fact Mary’s been doing this for three decades now and she’ll still an in demand artist proves she is one of the GOAT’s.

7. Rihanna – Talk That Talk – 68,183 -  I knew I was tripping when I said “We Found Love” was a hot record. Even Cam’ron agrees with me.
