@Pusha_T Announces Album “My Name Is My Name” To Release In May

G.O.O.D Music MC Pusha T hit the red carpet at the Grammy Awards last night and shared some news that we have been anticipating. Talking about his two nominations for his featured track “Mercy” with Kanye West, Big Sean & 2 Chainz, Pusha drops a hint with Fuse TV that his new album “My Name Is My Name” is definitely set to release this May. Shady Records very own Slaughterhouse stops by The Breakfast Club to talk with Angela Yee and Charlamagne as well as to promote their new album “Welcome To: Our House.” In the interview the group talks the journeys they’ve shared together to release their first major album collectively. Also they discussed was Joe Budden joining the cast of the upcoming season for Love & Hip Hop as well as people criticizing “Rap vs. Hip-Hop.”

The Southern Def Jam artist 2 Chainz celebrates his solo debut “Based On A T.R.U Story” album release at club Amnesia in New York City. The album hit stores on August 14th and while the release party was hosted by DJ Self a couple others stopped by to help support 2 Chainz release. Such as Juelz Santana, Lloyd Banks, Driicky Graham and many others.

The Queensbridge MC Nas celebrated the release of his 10th album “Life Is Good” which released July 17, with a special dinner in New York on Monday night. He spent it with some of his close friends and Brooklyns very own Jay-z stopped by to show love. It’s cool to see the two best MC’s ever supporting one another. Along with him Swizz Beatz, producer No I.D., Hot 97 radio veteran Angie Martinez and Q-Tip, who DJ’d a portion of the evening, attended the event also.

J. Cole sat down with Jenny Boom Boom in the BET Awards Radio Room over the weekend to discuss his album, and shared that he’d be dropping his yet-to-be-titled debut on (or before) October 26th. The anticipation buzzing around this release is major, so I’m sure that J. will be pushing for it to be released as soon as possible.
