I guess the Tank got an oil change. Fat Trel and Master P working together as of late was no secret. That said, I never expected those two, plus the addition of Alley Boy, to form a group.

This track will appear on Alley Boy’s “The Gift Of Discernment” mixtape which drops later on today, be sure to check back for the tape this evening.

DTE‘s Alley Boy and MMG‘s Gunplay team up for a track off of Alley Boy’s upcoming project “The Gift Of Discernment,” which is set to drop September 18. The track titled “Ima Shooter” was made for the streets and below is where you can take a listen.
If your favorite rappers aren’t named Alley Boy and Pusha T then this song is about to offend you in all types of ways. For the first leak off of Alley Boy’s “The Gift of Discernment” project, he releases a banger with Pusha T. Only thing that would make this song even more doper than it already is would be a few names being dropped in the verses but I’m sure we’ll get around to that soon enough. Audio after the jump.
DJ X-Rated released a brand new mixtape entitled “Welcome to Mollywood” which was hosted by Future, who also managed to be all over the mixtape with numerous songs. Waka Flocka‘s “Triple F Life” album is shaping up to have the summer on fire. One thing is for sure, the album will probably be the cause of a few fights in the club from people jumping off the walls during the songs. Above is a new track from the album which features Alley Boy and Slim Thug and if you ain’t about that life, this is not for you. Triple F Life in stores June 12th.
In case one has failed to notice, Maurice Garland has been on a tear recently with his string of interviews that includes ASAP Rocky, ScHoolboy Q, Dom Kennedy, Freddie Gibbs and more. This time around he catches up with Alley Boy for what resulted in quite the revealing Q&A session. Filmed at the release party for Alley’s most recent release, Nigganati, Mo dives into the upbringing of Duct Tape’s most controversial MC, amongst other things.
Instead of focusing on the T.I. and Young Jeezy “beef” I wanted to ask him other stuff and show that the dude isn’t in Big Bad Wolf mode at all times.
We talked about what a “Nigganati” is, who is in it and who can be in it. He also spoke on trying to turn over a new leaf in life and really focus on his career.
What’s funny is given the hardcore nature of many of these rapper’s music, random YouTube videos and radio interviews portray, it’s easy to forget damn near all of them grew up on the same things most of us did. This includes Alley’s favorite cartoons as kid. Carve out a piece of your morning and check this out if you’re longing for an interview that doesn’t ask the same four or five questions.
Shout out to Maurice for sending this over.

On the eve before we receive Alley Boy‘s latest mixtape “Nigganati“, he decides to let go of one of the more special tracks of the project. As you can see in the title, he’s addressing some problems that he has with T.I. & Young Jeezy. Didn’t see this coming, especially when Alley Boy & Jeezy just had a song together on Jeezy’s “The Real Is Back” mixtape. This should be interesting. Especially if either party responds.
