New reports have surfaced regarding the death of British Soul Songstress, Amy Winehouse.

According to the Associated Press, a new inquest was conducted after the first one had to be annulled because the coroner who conducted the autopsy was proven unqualified. In the new investigation, it was concluded that Amy did in fact die from ‘Alcohol Toxicity‘. For more details, click the jump.

The Sun UK is reporting pop star Amy Winehouse has been found dead at her home in Camden, north London. The Rehab singer, 27, had struggled with drink and drugs. Amy Winehouse becomes another musician like Kurt Cobain, Janis Joplin, and Jimi Hendrix to die at the tragic age of 27. Rapper Nas took to his twitter to comment on Amy’s passing.

Winehouse was last seen alive in public at the iTunes Festival during her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield‘s set at the Roundhouse 2 days ago.
