With the weather taking a permanent turn for the higher comes the warm nights and cold drinks. Knowing this, suitable music will be needed to act as the proper soundtrack. And pending you have an open mind, Asher Roth’s new cut, “Good Morning View,” is a welcomed addition.

Real smooth production matched with equally laid back rhymes from Roth make this one to run on repeat  either at cookouts or simply with the windows down and an open highway. You can’t properly enjoy summer without the right music. “Good Morning View” falls in that “right music” category. This won’t be remembered as the 2012 summer anthem, but it damn sure will find a home during the warmer months. Asher’s got one here.

Justin Bieber is back to his winning ways as he releases the official remix to his current single “Boyfriend“. He recruits some heavyweights in the game in 2 Chainz, Mac Miller and Asher Roth. Not a bad remix at all. Believe hits stores June 19th.

Asher Roth is back and with a brand new track off of his sophomore album entitled “Is This Too Orange” which will be out later this year. This will serve as the first single from the album and it features a verse from MMG’s go to guy right now, Meek Mill. The single hits iTunes tomorrow so be sure you go and get that whenever it becomes available. It’s also been said that there will be another version of this track which features an unannounced rapper at this time, so keep your eyes open for that as well.

Asher Roth is ready to begin a brand new journey with a new team around him. The former XXL Freshman and SRC signee has now inked a deal with Def Jam Records. The news was first broken by Karen about an hour ago via Twitter.

With Asher having the same manager as Justin Beiber, it’s no surprise he left SRC to go over to Def Jam. Congrats to both parties, and make sure you get Asher’s upcoming Pabst and Jazz project which will be released via iTunes on Monday.

Well, to be honest, I’m not sure when Asher’s second album is coming. That’s if it even is. And that’s not throwing shade his way either. That’s the music industry. Regardless, Roth is still booking studio time and decided to let this Chuck Inglish concocted number loose on his birthday. Seeing as how his big day was yesterday, this is a belated post and kudos to the man who once wrote a catchy love song about his undergraduate days.

Word is, they really recorded this in a kitchen. There’s your fun fact for today.

Now that Lupe’s album Lasers finally has a release date, I’m guessing he’s in a giving mood. Today he let go of this remix to his single “I’m Beaming” featuring the All City Chess Club (Asher Roth, Charles Hamilton, Diggy, Blu, The Cool Kids, and B.O.B) I’m feeling like Lasers is going to be a classic.

After a short break…Asher Roth is back in action and preparing to release his second studio album The Spaghetti Tree. The first single “G.R.I.N.D.” (Get Ready Its a New Day) was produced by 1500 or Nothin and  is shaping up to be a summer anthem.
