So much trouble! Continuing with the promotion for his upcoming album Trouble Man, T.I., is prepping for the release of his next single Hello which features Cee Lo Green. TIP announced the single and dropped the artwork from his Twitter account today. The single is scheduled to be released as a part of T.I.‘s Trouble Tuesdays series. The album is scheduled to be released on December 18th, but this latest single will be dropped on December 11th. Check the full artwork after the jump.
1. Alicia Keys – Girl On Fire – 159,000 - This doesn’t surprise me. You know, especially considering the album’s title track is played on the radio every five seconds. While I haven’t given this a listen yet, my only hope is that there’s a few solid ballads on there.
Outside of the the National Anthem and “Happy Birthday,” there may not be many more songs with more renditions than “This Christmas.”
After releasing the official track listing for his newest project “Quality Street Music,” DJ Drama decided to bless his fans with his newest single titled “Never Die,” which features Jadakiss, Cee-Lo, Nipsey Hussle and Young Jeezy. The track is an anthem for all the real rappers who passed and who’s legacy will continue to live on forever. This one definetly bumps as Drama continues to get us hyped for what seems like will be his best work to date. If your a early Christmas shopper you can go ahead and add Cee-lo Greens forthcoming album “Cee-lo’s Magic Moments,” to your list. The album is set to release the day before Halloween and you can expect songs like “Silent Night,” “The Christmas Song,” “This Christmas,” “You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch” and “White Christmas.” Green also stated that “CeeLo’s Magic Moment,” is a “soulful take on a host of Christmas classics. Be on the look out for artist like Rod Stewart, B.o.B. and Straight No Chaser to be featured on this album. If you have a Christmas album collection this would be a great a great addition to it.
In many people’s eyes, Cee-Lo Green can do no wrong. When he raps, he’s a cut above the rest. When he sings, it’s hailed as one of the greater creative feats currently on front street in music. Cee-Lo’s hit record “F*ck You” took on such a life of its own that its now being before on game shows. Now, that’s a hit. The Dungeon Family legend continues to keep it the life of the song alive as he’s remixed the record to pay homage all the volunteer firefighters.
