When Lil Wayne says “YMCMB Forever” he means FOREVER. The rapper just renewed his contract with Cash Money by signing a 15 year deal and is preparing his next release; “I Am Not A Human Being II.” Wayne says, “I just resigned another four-album deal, so my next four albums is coming out with Cash Money.” During his interview with MTV Hip-Hop POV, he revealed the following about the upcoming release which we should expect later this year.

“The I Am Not a Human Being projects is more me just being creatively free. I just say what I wanna on the I Am Not a Human Being II. Contract-wise, I only get paid for 12 songs. Maybe on a Carter album, you probably only gonna get 12 songs, maybe a bonus 13. But on this I Am Not a Human Being thing, I really don’t care—’cause thank God I’m wealthy enough to not—you’re probably gonna get about 16 on there.”

  He also stated that select songs that were supposed to be released on “Devol” may appear on “I Am Not A Human Being II.” He states,

“All these emotions came out on this Devol project that I was doing, so we’re gonna pick some of the songs off the Devol project and hopefully people like them.”

With the success of Nicki Minaj’s album, we can expect that the YMCMB CEO will do record numbers as usual.

Lil Wayne was doing more than just serving time while locked up in Rikers in 2010. He revealed in an interview with “MTV’s Hip Hop POV” that during his time behind bars he was working on an album of love songs. “And it’s my version of love songs.” The album would be entitled “Devol” which is the LOVED spelled backwards; however it’s not concrete whether or not Tunechi will still release the album.
