Rick Ross - National Champs | New Music

Rick Ross hits this week with a new track from left field. The “boasting” cut is titled “National Champs”, which basically features a tough MMG Boss, Ross informing all inferior of what it’s like in the day of a Don. Not only is MMG captivating the streets as of late, the track labels them the “National Champs” of Hip Hop where it would be hard for someone to take the ring right now! National Champs is hosted by mixtape Guru DJ Scream, and is a sure fire street banger. Check it out after the jump!

DJ Scream feat. 2 Chainz, Future, Waka Flocka, Gucci Mane & Yo Gotti – “Hood Rich Anthem”

DJ Scream recruits a star studded line up for yet another 2012 summer anthem. He keeps it Atlanta for the most part (minus Yo Gotti) and with DJ Spinz on the production, this could very well be one of the best summer anthems thus far. If you can remember, this came out a few months back but it was only a radio rip. Now we get the official version which will more than likely appear on DJ Scream’s “Long Live The Hustle” project.

It really doesn’t need to be said, but I’ll say it again anyway. With no disrespect to Gucci or Jeezy (because they are), this man, Yo Gotti, is a Southern hood legend. He doesn’t receive much shine beyond the crowd he caters too, but for those who follow his music can tell you dude makes some of the rawest (some call it ignorant, to each their own) music today.

Yet and still, the “Cocaine Muzik” series has heen one of the most consistently quality mixtape brands throughout the past couple of years and he hooks up with DJ Scream for the third installment. Hit the jump for the tracklisting and link.
