Today marks the day of the 54th Annual Grammy Award Show in Los Angeles, CA. Tons of celebrities are packing out venues all throughout the area, and showing love to the most respected figures in music. Some of the biggest parties of the year are happening, including yesterday’s Roc Nation Pre-Grammy award Brunch. Tons of singers and actors piled in the Soho House for the Jay-Z Label imprint celebration including Rihana, Beyonce, Melanie Fiona, Gabrielle Beauvais, Kelly Rowland and more. Another year has passed and we can now answer the question that we all wondered about at the beginning of the year, “Who will own this year in music?”. Although many people have started careers and there are some who have been around and maintained their prominence, these following artists grabbed their genres by the music ear and claim their year as theirs.

The beautiful Elle Varner keeps it soulful in her latest video for one of her most popular singles “I Don’t Care” off her debut album, Perfectly Imperfect, in stores now. Love is in the air.

Elle Varner, that pretty girl whose backside sparked some outrageous tweets during the BET Awards last week, is showing that she’s more than just the ideal beauty. The talented “Refill” singer, who’s locked in a feature on J. Cole‘s “Only Wanna Give It To You” as well as a remix with Wale and T-Pain, not to mention her own mixtape, has dropped some visual work for her debut album. “Perfectly Imperfect” is slated to release August 7.

22-year-old Elle Varner is creating a major buzz for herself with the recent release of “Refill,” taken from Varner’s up-coming album “Perfectly Imperfect,” scheduled to be released via RCA Records. Refill is currently charting on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart. You can also see the singer/songwriter listed as one of fifteen artists to watch on AOL’s The Boom Box.
