Nicki Minaj held an amazing concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Nov 25th NYC. The Harajuku Barbie brought out an arsenal of big hip hop acts, including Busta Rhymes, Kanye West and Drake. Busta came out and performed a remix to Roman’s Revenge. Flex has just dropped the record moments ago on his site.

Rolling Stone‘s Josh Eells sits down with Eminem at his Detroit recording studio for a revealing interview about the rapper’s long battle with prescription drugs, his difficulties with women and the pain of being abandoned by his father at six months old, as well as his incredible musical comeback.

Do you think it’s hard for you to trust women?
I have trust issues. With women, friends, whatever. You always wonder what their real motives are. I’ve got a small circle of friends, and it’s a lot of the same friends I’ve known forever. Right now, that works for me. I came out of some difficult things these past couple of years. I kind of feel like I’m just now finding my footing. So I want to make sure that’s secure before I go out and do anything else. I need to keep working on myself for a while.

What about your love life? Do you date?
Not really. As far as going out, like dinner and a movie—I just can’t. Going out in public is just too crazy. I mean, I’d like to be in a relationship again someday. Who doesn’t? It’s just hard to meet new people, in my position.

Check out Rolling Stone Magazine’s full interview with Eminem in the latest issue (which also includes an article on the making of Kanye West‘s My Dark Twisted Fantasy project) available on newstands everywhere this month.

It’s been awhile since I’ve done one of these. Hopefully, I can keep this going on a more consistent basis, but enough of the sob story. Let’s get right down to it.

3. Bruno Mars – Doo-Wops & Hooligan - 54,800 (54,846) – It’s great that he debuts at #3, but depressing that dude had the #1 song in the country and can’t push 100K. In the words of my homie Hit Boy, “we’re all doomed.” The good thing about the album is that it’s packed with singles. My personal favorite? “The Lazy Song.”

4. Eminem – Recovery - 52,464 (2,768,107) – Not really much to say about this album which hasn’t already been said. The year’s highest selling album and the only one who really has a chance to top him is Kanye. Credit to whomever made the decision to wait until Wayne was just about through with his sentence to drop the video for “No Love.” It’ll pick up even more steam once he gets out.

Eminem’s publishers are demanding executives at Apple Inc. pay more than $2 million as part of a settlement over songs the rapper’s bosses allege were not permitted for download. Apple executives and publishers at Eight Mile Style reached a deal last October in a dispute over royalty payments for the Stan hitmaker’s tracks, offered to fans via the iTunes Internet music service.

Bosses at Eight Mile sold song rights to Aftermath Records but claimed the label was not authorised to make a separate deal with Apple and offer the songs as downloads. Eminem’s publishers also claimed Apple gained $2.58 million from the iTunes downloads, including over $465,000 from the rapper’s 8 Mile soundtrack hit Lose Yourself.

Details of the settlement were not made public at the time. However, Eight Mile Style executives filed new court documents in Detroit, Michigan on Tuesday, asking a District Court judge to enforce the settlement agreement, totalling more than $2.2 million, reports DetroitNews.com. – WENN

Tho it seems nothing has been paid out so far, it does look like Eminem (or his publishers rather) will be getting what’s owed to them from Itunes.. Apple gets no love!
