Coachella was huge this weekend…and there is still another weekend to go. Performances from Frank Ocean, The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Rihanna and many more ensured fans were given something to remember this weekend. There was once performance that gave everyone a moment they would never forget. Snoop Dogg performed with no other than Tupac during the festival. A life-like hologram appeared on stage to join Snoop by performing “Hail Mary” and “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.” The performances occurred during Snoop and Dr. Dre’s set which also featured Eminem, 50 Cent, and Wiz Khalifa. You may remember last year Eminem had a commercial with Chrysler that aired during the 2011 Super Bowl. It’s notable on several levels including Em isn’t exactly a huge endorser like that. For one of the most successful musicians of all time, he’s obviously one who enjoys not being in front of a camera (“Say Goodbye To Hollywood” from The Eminem Show was some honest music now that I look back on it). The second reason is that, even with what you read in the previous sentence, when he does endorse a product, it’s most of the time highly successful. With that said, there’s always a penalty of success though. And as it relates to the Chrysler commercial, Marshall’s facing a $9M (handwritten) lawsuit.

Follow me now:

1. Stephen Lee Pieck is apparently a homeless man from Westchester, New York.

2. Pieck was in a seafood restaurant (Legal Seafood) in White Plains, New York, on September 9, 2010. According to the suit, Jordon Bratman and Christina Aguilera were also in the establishment.

3. Aguilera called Eminem and supposedly handed the phone to Pieck who soon convinced Em to run with his “Born of Fire” commercial idea.

4. Pieck listed two numbers on the legal document. One went to his mother’s house (who refused to talk about the lawsuit) and the other was a cell phone, which had a woman answer and then hang up.

That’s the story and now the question is this? Is anyone actually going to believe it? And in the chance someone does believe this story, how much bread will he take home (wherever that may be)?

To read the entire lawsuit, head over to AllHipHop.

Melbourne, Australia was in for a treat earlier today as two of the best rappers to ever do it performed live for them in a packed out stadium of hardcore fans. Above is Eminem performing “The Way I am” which is one of my personal favorite tracks from him of all time. After the jump you can catch him performing “Stan” as well as Lil Wayne performing “How To Love“. Next stop for the Em and Weezy will be in Sydney, Australia.

It’s the first of the month and what better way to start it off then with some brand new music from Young Jeezy. Here is the next offering from his Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition album. The song features CTE member Freddie Gibbs and Eminem on the hook. Jeezy 2 for 2? I think so. TM103, December 20th.

With the release of his Radioactive album just a few days away, Yelawolf and his Shady Records boss Eminem graze the cover of the year end issue of Vibe. The other issue will be covered by T.I., and both magazines will hit shelves on December 6th. Below is an excerpt from the interview with Eminem & Yelawolf where they speak on their past history with drugs.

You mentioned getting yourself right. Are you completely clean these days as far as alcohol and drugs?
EM: Except for the heroin I shot up this morning. Except for that, I’m clean. [Laughs]

While you’re clean, Yelawolf here smokes weed and—
Yelawolf: No, I don’t.

I hear that in your music a lot.
YW: I started smoking weed at 11. By 12, I was smoking dust. Thirteen, acid, Freon, special k, mushrooms; 16 years old, I was selling X pills at school. Not even because I was a good dope boy, but because I was a scumbag. It was called chocolate chip, and it had heroin in it. I used to take that shit and go to class. I went so heavy into drugs that I had a bad trip one time that lasted for months.
