As it stands, I made out like a fat rat at in a Wisconsin cheese factory during the NBA’s Saturday night festivities. Wednesday, I called Kyrie Irving winning the Three Point Contest and Terrence Ross in the Slam Dunk Contest. Yet, the running narrative this year, as it has been in years past, has been the dunk contest leaving much to desired in an entertainment perspective. Gerald Green – who won the contest in 2007 and delivered a perfect 50 dunk on his first attempt – was prepared to up the ante even more until the NBA stepped in and apparent played cockblocker.
