M.I.A. (ft. Missy Elliott & Azealia Banks) – Bad Girls (N.A.R.S. Remix)

Now here’s a very interesting, yet not too surprising collabo. I love these three ladies each in their own way, and I think Missy and Azealia chose a great track to hop on. However, I’m not too sure how I feel about the result. It’s definitely an earful, especially the bars from Harlem’s own Miss Banks. Nevertheless, I do appreciate the presence of strong women, and these three are a clearly a powerhouse combination in the studio. Also, I can’t help but love this song.

M.I.A. Signs Deal With Roc Nation

If it wasn’t obvious enough… Do you remember M.I.A hanging out with Rihanna backstage at a Jay-Z and Kanye West concert in London on Monday? In addition to RiRi instagraming the two together and subliminally tweeting, “welcome home MIA”? Well on Thursday night, ROC NATION announced they will be managing the electro-pop rapper, who will also be joining R&B singer Bridget Kelly, J. Cole, Willow Smith, Jay Electronica, and Rita Ora.

Keep in mind this is just a management deal for M.I.A., as she is currently signed to Interscope Records. Be on the look out for her fourth studio album, “Matangi,” which is due this fall.

The UK’s princess, M.I.A., has finally made a return with her new song Bad Girls. As part of Interscope’s mega three marketing scheme, they decided to release the video today. Featuring production from Danja, this middle eastern influenced beat tied in with this amazing video of full throttle tricks is a mind blowing duo. Showing off the latest trend from the far east, sand drifting, Maya reminds us, not only why bad girls do it well, but why she’s the baddest. I think I just dropped some tears. Check out the video above and pick up the song on iTunes now. If you leave a comment on the video, you may get a personal shoutout on February 10th.
