Well ain’t this the ultimate Texas roster. Trae Tha Truth called upon fellow Lone Star State emcees for “I’m From Texas” featuring the likes of fellow OG Bun B as well as new young talent Kirko Bangz. Trae’s latest offering deserves a spin. Enjoy!

Big Sean linked up with Houston rapper and the Ice man Paul Wall. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper rocked his gleaming new mouth piece, which featuring a row of white diamonds, and was complemented with gold diamonds at the canine teeth.

If you were wondering where Paul Wall is and why he’s not making music like he was a few years back, then the answer to your question is above. While in Houston on the Club Paradise Tour, Rick Ross and company visited Paul Wall to get fitted for grillz. The video also showcases Rick Ross, Drake and French Montana performing “Stay Schemin” for the first time on tour.

It suddenly feels like 2005 all over again. While Thugga released this track yesterday for his “Thug Thursday” series, Slim, Paul Wall and Bun B sound at home any day of the week. You’ll recognize the sample on the hook from Slim’s verse from the classic “Still Tippin’” from years past, and the rest of the record finds the three Houston Texans (Port Arthur for Bun) doing what they do best. It’s nothing introspective. Rather, it is a nice song heading into the weekend.

In case you haven’t been paying attention, Slim has been releasing quite the chunk of music recently. A new project on the way, perhaps?
