If it’s one thing Alicia Keys is known for, it’s creating some of the biggest female anthems in music year after year. With 2012 being no exception, “Girl On Fire” (the title track off of her newly released album) has taken over the airwaves, the charts, and fans everywhere. We haven’t heard many verses from Marshall as of late and I believe it’s due to the executive producing of Slaughterhouses album as well as working on a new album himself. Today, Pink lets go of one of the more anticipated tracks featuring Eminem off of her upcoming “The Truth About Love” album. The album will be available on Tuesday (September 18th), so be sure to go and get it when it hits shelves.

Without even going in-depth on the entire Kanye West/Taylor Swift fiasco, ‘Ye was wrong. No other way to look it aside from a right/wrong stand point. There’s a difference between being ‘controversial’ and ‘disrespectful’ and Martin Louis crossed it tonight (the apology doesn’t really amount to much damage control). Taylor Swift has sold over 10 million albums collectively in the world this year and she holds the record for song downloads this year: 20 million.  She deserved her moment.  Many outranged artist who watched or attended the VMA’s chimed in with their opinion.

 Marsha Ambrosius & Kely Clarkson  wrote open letters regarding the aforementioned situation. Needless to say, they both spoke the whole truth…and nothing but the truth.
