Birmingham hailing femcee RoxXxan recently released her long awaited mixtape; Prepare 4 When I Land following the fierce singles Guerilla and Too Fcking Feisty. The mixtape  largely produced by Mikey J came with a plethora of head bopping dope cuts and her latest single replicates just that. Serving the visuals for Power we see the 22 year old in beast mode ready to take over, boxing gloves at hand.

One thing is for damn sure – Kanye West is the only artist who could get away with shooting a video like this. I’m still struggling to find the words to really describe how I really feel about the video. Excuse me, moving painting as Kanye would tweet. They’re positive though. I like the imagery and the concept with each figure in the video having their own specific role, all the while not taking away from Kanye’s role as the video’s centerpiece. That’s pretty symbolic when you think of it from how Kanye views his presence in music.

One thing it does do is create even more hype around his next studio album entitled (who knows because he hasn’t picked a title yet). Consider this the album’s promo video. Mission accomplished.
