Kim Kardashian took it to the limit for her beau Kanye West’s birthday yesterday. She bought a black Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4. The vehicle holds a price tag of about $750,000. Although Kim purchased the car in L.A., it will be a while before Kanye gets back to drive it because he is on the European Leg of the Watch The Throne Tour.

Kanye West has decided to take his talents and his film to Cannes, France for the Cannes Film Festival. The film, entitled “Cruel Summer” will be shown on May 23rd and is a “combination of an art installation and a short film which is inspired by the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation. The film is also said to be a part of his design company DONDA named after his late mother Donda West.

Remaining true to his tweet in January, “Cruel Summer” will include a 7Screen Experience.


In addition, the entire film was written, produced, and directed by Kanye and it was filmed in Qatar earlier this year. Cameo appearances are made by Kid Cudi and Aziz Ansari. Tickets to the film’s showings are able to be purchased from Kanye’s Website.

This is Kanye’s second film, as we all remember “Runaway” the 35 minute film that featured Selita Ebanks which was released in conjunction with his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Album.

You can catch Mr. West all over Europe these days. He is also about to begin the European leg of the Watch The Throne Tour with Jay-Z.

Jay-Z has been in the news quite a bit lately. First the release of his D’usse Cognac, then the new of him headlining the Budweiser Made in America Festival, and now he has sided with President Barack Obama and is publicly supporting same-sex marriage. In a recent interview with CNN, placed above, Hov speaks out on not only the topic of same-sex marriage but also responds to the criticism facing President Obama. He said, “I think it’s the right thing to do, so whether it costs him votes or not…Again, it’s not about votes, it’s about people.”

Before he begins to prepare for the Made In America Festival, he will join Kanye West on the European leg of the Watch The Throne Tour which kicks off on May 18th in London.

‘The Throne’ broke their record in L.A. last night for the most performances of “Niggas In Paris.”

Ye and Hov, who are said to be shooting a video for it today, previously performed the track six times in Detroit and three times in Atlanta.

On Tuesday, they hit TEN at the Staples Center.

Karen, who attended yesterday’s show and Monday’s, has already heard it 17 times.

Above they run through many of the songs off of the album including Otis, New Day and Welcome To The Jungle.
