It seems as if rap artists currently just can’t seem to satisfy their sponsors. Or, could it be that all of these corporate franchises who are trying to endorse Hip Hop, are actually too sensitive to tolerate the environment. Hip Hop was built around raw, edgy and confrontational stand points. In today’s news, the Associated Press reports that PepsiCo brand Mountain Dew has just ended their endorsement deal with YMCMB rap president Lil Wayne over some rap lyrics…as in the Rick Ross x Reebok situation.
